Job summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager/Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role requires leading a warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, and retrieval of pallets, with emphasis on proper equipment use and housekeeping.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics, liaise with QA on procedures, and prepare inventory reports. Experience in manufacturing and supervisory roles, plus basic MS Office/Excel skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Education level: SPM.
• Working experience: 5 years in manufacturing.
• 2 years in supervisory role for same position.
• Competency: supervisory skills, basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/goods.
• Ensure equipment, tools and machinery are used properly with good housekeeping.
• Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
• Coordinate with Procurement on incoming goods.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics on outgoing arrangements.
• Liaise with QA on incoming/outgoing procedures.
• Monitor incoming/outgoing transactions and record accordingly.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC2200, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
