Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Batu Pahat is looking for a warehouse manager to oversee storage and transferring of goods efficiently. The role involves planning warehouse activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing staff to meet operational targets. Candidates should have a minimum SPM certification or Diploma in Supply Chain and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. This position offers the opportunity to develop practices that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM certification or Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse activities for correct storage and safety.
• Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices.
• Manage warehouse staff activities to ensure effective resource use.
• Ensure machines and MHEs are operated safely.
• Review & update ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document & GMP Practice.
• Arrange and monitor MHEs maintenance and repairs.

Education

SPM certification or Diploma in Supply Chain or related field

Job description

Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse to ensure the efficient for storing and transferring material goods (finished products, tool) & scarp sales arrangement.

Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.

Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and MHEs are operated in a safe manner.

To review & up-date of ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document & GMP Practice.

To responsible for arranging, monitor all the MHEs maintenance repair & Expenses. And ensure all safety and health requirements are strictly followed.

Education/Experience:

Minimum SPM certification/Diploma/Supply Chain or related field

Minimum 3-years experience in related fields.

Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
