Camozzi Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Subang Jaya site. You will support daily warehouse operations, receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the warehouse by receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating warehouse equipment when required.
You will assist in ensuring that inventory is handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This role reports directly to theInventory Control Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect inbound shipments by verifying quantities, checking for damage, matching items against purchase orders, and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Organize and store inventory in designated locations while ensuring proper labelling and traceability, including lot numbers and expiration dates where applicable.
Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
Pack products securely, prepare shipping documentation (such as invoices and bills of lading), and stage orders for carrier collection.
Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, physical stock takes, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
Process returned goods by inspecting returned items, quarantining damaged products, and updating the WMS or ERP system.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while complying with all safety procedures and company policies.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Perform any other duties, special assignments, or ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Qualifications
SPM or higher qualification.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Hard Skills
Fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety requirements.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
