Gong Fu Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Sales Assistant & Warehouse Assistant to support daily sales administration, customer coordination, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Job description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales Assistant & Warehouse Assistant to support daily sales administration, customer coordination, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The position will work closely with the Production Clerk, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely movement of materials and finished products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery arrangements, and basic enquiries.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared on time.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Perform data entry and filing of sales-related documents.

Warehouse & Inventory

• Assist with receiving, checking, storing, and issuing raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare materials and finished products for production or delivery.
• Ensure proper labelling, packing, and storage of goods.
• Assist with stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organisation of the warehouse.

General Duties

• Prepare and update production, sales, and warehouse reports as required.
• Assist in preparing and printing product labels and delivery documents.
• Coordinate the movement of materials and finished goods between production and warehouse.
• Support the Production Clerk and management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and order status.

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales administration, warehouse, manufacturing, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (Mandarin is added as advantage).
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to assist with both sales administration and warehouse operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
