Job summary

TVH Group in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to move and store goods in the right locations and quantities, following instructions to maximise internal organisation and stock accuracy.

You will record actions on the system, check stock as directed, develop product and warehouse knowledge, stay flexible across locations and tasks, and perform duties safely in a tidy, efficient way.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or stock handling preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with accuracy.
• Willingness to be flexible across different tasks.

• Move and store goods in the warehouse in the right place and in the right quantities.
• Record all actions on the system according to procedures.
• Check stock as instructed to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Develop product and warehouse knowledge to respond to queries quickly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and maintain safety and housekeeping.

Job description

Move and store goods in the warehouse in the right place and in the right quantities, in accordance with instructions received, in order to help maximise the internal organisation of the warehouse.

Recording all actions and changes on the system as per instruction and as per established procedures so as to contribute to a reliable and accurate stock management system.

Check stock, as instructed by team leader, so as to maintain high stock accuracy.

Developing both product knowledge and warehouse knowledge so as to be able to respond to queries from colleagues in other departments quickly and efficiently.

Demonstrate flexibility and be able to help out in different areas, to assist with different logistical (sub)tasks in other (sub)divisions within/between logistical location(s) so as to ensure the continuity of processes of both the internal organisation and customer service.

Carrying out all duties in a safe, tidy, efficient and careful manner, showing respect for colleagues, goods and all materials, so as to contribute to a well‑maintained, safe and well‑organised work environment and pleasant workplace.
