Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Selangor is hiring for a warehouse associate to receive, sort, record and organize daily stock inventory (Inbound/Outbound). You will support loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries with logistics teams and help maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced, physical environment handling bulk gas cylinders, including operation of heavy machinery like forklifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for basic data entry and document printing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and drivers.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and prioritize safety at all times.
• Quick-thinking and able to handle day-to-day operational hiccups efficiently.
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime required as needed)
• Work Environment is physical, fast-paced warehouse environment handling bulk gas cylinder distribution. Requires strict adherence to safety standards, hazardous material handling guidelines, and heavy machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outgoing deliveries alongside logistics/transportation teams.
• Help maintain basic inventory records, log stock movements, and prepare relevant delivery or shipping documents.
• Keep storage, loading, and staging areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Actively follow all workplace safety protocols to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment.
• Safely operate a forklift during working hours (and OT when required) for heavy stock movement, loading, and staging.
