Job summary

BL Trading in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, store and prepare goods for shipment. You will work with the team to ensure accurate inventory, safe handling of loads, and timely order fulfillment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum SPM or equivalent. Basic computer literacy, ability to work physically, own transport and a valid driving licence are preferred. Forklift/pallet jack experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with part-time warehouse experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to perform physical work and handle heavy goods.
• Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods from lorries or containers.
• Unpack, check and recheck incoming goods.
• Arrange and store goods at designated racks or locations.
• Perform picking, packing and repacking of goods.
• Prepare orders for shipment according to Delivery Order (DO).
• Check goods before shipment and assist with loading goods onto lorries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform stock-taking and cycle counts when required.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
