Job summary

Onemate Auto Accessories is seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including stock management, order fulfilment, and deliveries from our Nilai facility. The role emphasizes accuracy in picking and packing as well as timely, safe deliveries to customers and courier hubs.

The candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team with good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Punctual, honest, and reliable with good attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
• Willing to work with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouse stock organised, properly arranged, and stored in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and check customer orders accurately before dispatch.
• Handle daily deliveries to customers, courier hubs, or other designated locations as instructed by the company.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are delivered safely and on time.
• Check goods before departure and provide delivery confirmation when required.
• Handle company products responsibly during transportation and report any delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure physical stock quantities tally with the e-commerce department's records.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team regarding stock availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience is an advantage but not compulsory
