Job summary

Chef Wan Group Of Restaurants is seeking a warehouse/stock controller in Kuala Lumpur to monitor stock, label and store items, and manage daily warehouse activities. The role requires attention to inventory accuracy and timely distribution.

Ideal candidates possess SPM or equivalent with 1 year of related experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Ownership of transportation and teamwork are valued for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
• Good in inventory control and analytical skills.
• Able to do works upon requested by respective supervisor.
• Must have own transportation.
• Able to work with pressure and tight schedule.
• Able to work independently as well as good team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all parts / stocks are properly labeled, arranged & stored in rack accordingly.
• Check all incoming goods to ensure correct quantity and stock received are in good conditions.
• Responsible for recording all incoming & outgoing stocks.
• To ensure daily distribution of goods are on time.
• To ensure smooth running operation of warehouse and deliveries.
• To execute and manage stock movement and ensure inventory is properly maintained.
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by keeping shelves, inventory space & work stations neat, clean & tidy.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.
• Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse operation.
