Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work at Shah Alam, Malaysia.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
