Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and oversee daily warehouse operations in Klang, Selangor. The role covers inbound/outbound movements, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse administration experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or related field.
• Ability to use warehouse management software (WMS).
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Handle warehouse documentation (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices).
• Perform regular stock checks and support reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse.
• Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
