Job summary

SANY Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily operations in Selangor. You will handle payment preparation, cross-functional coordination, and other routine tasks to keep warehouse activities running smoothly.

The role requires Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, basic warehouse experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and data entry. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• Basic experience in warehouse or logistics operations; experience with system operations is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and departments.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, system data entry).
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks, including payment preparation, coordination across departments, and other duties.
• Monitor and follow up on the full outbound order process (picking, checking, shipping, delivery, reconciliation, returns, POD, and invoicing) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Update and maintain logistics status in the ITMS system to ensure data accuracy and consistency with actual operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, transportation, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist in stock counting, cycle counts, and warehouse housekeeping activities.
• Manage documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and data tracking.
• Provide support to warehouse operations when required (e.g., basic picking tasks, coordination on-site).
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
