Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess SPM/STPM/A Level/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain proper documentation.
• Good communication skills for notifying parties and handling calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and attend to emails.
• Daily filing and documentations.
• Coordinate activities with other departments (receiving DO and stock orders).
• Involve in physical count of stock.
• Manage inventory, organize and sort items.
• Identify and report product issues while sorting and packing.
• Pick, check, pack, and label goods for delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving and dispatch/deliveries.
• Take pictures of goods before delivery.
• Update sales team on delivery updates daily.
• Key in stock using SAP / WMS software.
• Support and assist with GRN receipts.
• Assist customers with inquiries and meet their needs.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
