Job summary

GREEN FUTURE BIOTECH SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to maintain inventory records, update warehouse systems, and handle inbound/outbound shipments in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate deliveries, dispatches, stock movements, prepare basic reports, and support stock counts while communicating with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transporters.

SPM or higher, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher qualification in any field.
• Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update warehouse systems.
• Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and stock movements.
