Job summary

NYS MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Warehouse Clerk to record and monitor goods entering and leaving the warehouse, ensuring precise inventory records and timely processing. You will handle tallying, documentation, and damage reporting with attention to detail.

The role requires basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail, particularly in stock counting and documentation.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor all goods received into and released from the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Maintain proper tally records and documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Inspect goods received and record any damages or discrepancies, and prepare damage reports.
• Verify that the quantity of goods loaded onto delivery trucks matches the Delivery Order (DO).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient customer service.
• Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfilment and timely coordination.
