Job summary

Goodnite Living Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Goodnite Group of Companies) is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Associate to manage inventory accuracy, perform stock counts, and oversee stock receiving, put-away, transfers and warehouse operations.

You will ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization while maintaining 5S standards, supporting order fulfillment, and coordinating with multiple departments on stock issues.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good communication skills across departments and team spirit.
• Willingness to work at Beranang (near Semenyih).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile physical stock against system records and investigate variances.
• Conduct scheduled physical stock counts and prepare variance reports.
• Verify incoming stock against documents and system; complete receiving/put-away within timeline.
• Process stock transfers with complete documentation.
• Ensure stock is stored, labelled, organized and 5S compliant.
• Support picking, packing and stock issuance; complete warehouse requests within SLA.
• Update warehouse transactions accurately in the system; maintain filing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, After-Sales Service on stock issues.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company SOP.

Job description

This role involves managing inventory accuracy, conducting physical stock counts, and overseeing stock receiving, put-away, transfers, and warehouse operations. You will ensure stock is properly stored, labelled, and organized while maintaining warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards. The position includes supporting order fulfillment, coordinating with multiple departments on stock issues, and ensuring all warehouse transactions are accurately updated in the system.

Key responsibilities

Reconcile physical stock against system/stock card records and investigate and resolve stock variances

Conduct scheduled physical stock counts and complete stock count reports and variance follow-up

Verify incoming stock against documents and system, and complete receiving/put-away within agreed timeline

Process stock transfers with complete documentation and submit Service Form within 3 working days

Ensure stock is properly stored, labelled and organized, and maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards

Identify defective stock and transfer to correct location, and submit required documentation to relevant department

Support picking, packing and stock issuance accurately, and complete warehouse requests within agreed SLA

Ensure warehouse transactions are updated accurately in system and maintain proper filing and documentation

Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, After-Sales Service and other departments on stock issues

Follow warehouse safety procedures and company SOP

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments

Good team player with a positive work attitude

Candidate must be willing to work at Beranang (nearby Semenyih)
