Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical field as listed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is advantageous.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, yield, defect analysis, metrology, or high-volume environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOE principles and controlled experiments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support wafer-level manufacturing process integration and yield activities through tests, inspections, data collection.
• Perform defect inspections and fault isolation to identify yield loss causes.
• Support electrical validation and defect investigations of products failing manufacturing or electrical test requirements.
• Collect and interpret inline, parametric, defect, test, and end-of-line data to support investigations.
• Prepare records, charts, and reports of experimental results to identify deviations from specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor SPC and process controls to identify abnormalities or excursions.
• Communicate findings to Process Integration, Yield Engineering, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders.
