Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Monitor real-time wafer-level manufacturing operations from a centralized remote operations environment.
• Plan and coordinate production material movement across processes using manufacturing systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate recovery actions with support teams to maintain safe, stable factory execution.
• Monitor equipment health, availability, status, and manufacturing conditions; escalate as needed.
• Execute real-time disposition actions for production lots and equipment within authorized scope.
• Maintain shift documentation and handover information for continuity between shifts and support teams.
• Communicate manufacturing status and outstanding actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of remote operations and training of peers.

Ausbildung

Diploma in a technical field (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Microelectronics/ Chemical/ Process Engineering etc.)
