Job summary

Citi seeks a Transaction Capture Senior Manager (Vice President, C13) to oversee multiple TA teams, ensuring quality and timely client deliverables. The role collaborates with Citi oversight and APAC regional teams to define standards and optimize workflows.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the candidate will manage budgets, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and drive process improvements while maintaining risk controls and client focus in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in a related role.
• Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets or products.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and unit supervisors and ensure performance and quality.
• Manage staff allocation while assisting with budget development and oversight.
• Resolve complex issues with significant departmental impact.
• Oversee volume, quality, integrity, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables.
• Develop policies/procedures and support internal/external clients.
• Define KPIs and SLAs and monitor performance against them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and cost reduction.
• Conduct discovery and due diligence with clients to resolve complex queries.
• Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations on development and staffing actions.
• Ensure risk controls, regulatory compliance, and escalation processes are followed.
