You will manage daily TA functions, supervise a diverse team, drive SLA delivery, oversee investor statements, performance reporting, trainings, and cross-functional coordination with regional partners to sustain high-quality

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Transfer Agency (TA) services.
• Strong knowledge in TA business, products and workflow.
• Experience in managing client relationships and operational delivery.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/CS or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a medium-sized TA unit, ensuring end-to-end processing.
• Ensure SLA delivery, process quality, and timely investor statements.
• Oversee daily TA operations, reconciliations, and reporting to clients.
• Coach staff, manage risks, and ensure internal controls and audits.
• Collaborate with regional partners and change teams for smooth implementations.
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
