Job summary

Citi is seeking a Transaction Capture Senior Manager (Vice President) to lead multiple operational teams across Transfer Agency activities, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, risk controls, and process improvements. You will partner with Citi oversight locations and internal teams to maintain high standards of service, quality, and compliance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, budget oversight, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in a related role.
• Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets or products preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and unit supervisors, ensuring performance and quality.
• Manage staff resources and assist with budget development and oversight.
• Resolve complex issues with significant departmental impact.
• Oversee KPIs and SLAs across transaction services and cash management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client service, control, and cost efficiency.
• Lead risk awareness and compliance with applicable laws and Citi policies.
