Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Vice President, HR Shared Services, HRIS & Transformation to lead the Group's HR operations, shared services and HR technology modernization from Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or information systems.
• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant leadership in HR operations, shared services, HR technology or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing an HRIS or enterprise HR platform.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the Group HR Shared Services operating model covering core HR administration, employee data, payroll coordination and centralized HR services.
• Define service scope, SLAs and escalation protocols.
• Standardize HR operational processes across Group companies while maintaining local statutory requirements.
• Stabilize and optimize Workday and payroll-related systems across the Group.
• Improve employee and manager self-service and HR data integrity and controls.
• Drive HR process transformation, automation and ROI through initiatives.
• Develop HR data governance and analytics dashboards for Group management.
• Lead vendor and team leadership for HRSS and HRIS.
