Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad seeks a Senior leader in Governance & Enablement to drive digitalization and automation within Group Operations. You will understand technical and business processes, and align initiatives with strategic goals to deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead design, development, and automation using VBA, Python, and Pentaho, while collaborating with business users and IT. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Spot potential problems in current processes using analytical/problem solving skills and propose improvements or automation solutions.
• Use VBA, Python, Pentaho Designer and other languages to solve technical problems.
• Design, develop, and implement automation using vendor platforms or open-source tools based on business requirements.
• Continuously assess platform capability and propose enhancements for future needs.
• Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and identify digital solutions.
• Bridge communication between business users and developers/IT to ensure requirements are clear.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops to produce BRD documents.
• Prepare, review and finalize FSD and disseminate to users for sign-off.
• Support testing phases (UT, SIT, UAT) and manage defects.
• Create training materials and advise teams on best use of technology.
