Job summary

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad (Official) in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a software engineer to drive the full lifecycle of machine vision software for automation machines. You will design, develop, test strategies, release software, updates and service packs, and benchmark components.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics, or Engineering. Strong skills in C++/C#, Computer Vision, OpenCV, and DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow are highly valued,

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics or Engineering fields.
Experience in C++/C#, Computer Vision and image processing is required.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support automated vision inspection system for automation machines.
Develop vision programming to evaluate raw materials for suitability.
Design software for machine vision rejection capabilities.
Analyze customer requirements and resolve software issues.
Collect and analyze data to derive root causes of manufacturing problems.
