Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Guest Experience Officer - Premium Lounge to deliver world-class service in a luxury lounge environment. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate concierge services, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for VIP and VVIP guests.

The role requires hospitality excellence, impeccable grooming, fluent English, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure a seamless, memorable experience.
• Offer comprehensive concierge services including dining, shopping, and reservations.
• Serve light food and beverages while maintaining luxury service etiquette.
• Uphold discretion for VIP and VVIP guests and handle inquiries and complaints diplomatically.
• Assist in guiding VVIPs and tours within the mall as needed.
• Perform concierge duties across multiple locations on a rotational basis.
