Job summary

Lendlease invites experienced hospitality professionals to join the Premium Lounge as a Guest Experience Officer. You will welcome guests warmly, coordinate concierge services, and support luxury dining experiences.

You will handle VIP and multi-language interactions, manage inquiries with discretion, and assist across multiple mall locations on a rotational schedule. A strong English communicator with additional languages is preferred, and weekend/public holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Offer comprehensive concierge services, including shopping recommendations, dining reservations, gift wrapping, membership assistance, and luxury concierge support.
• Serve light food and beverages while assisting guests with menu selections, adhering to the highest standards of service etiquette.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism when handling VIP and VVIP guests.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effectively manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and diplomacy.
• Assist in escorting VVIPs during their visits and provide support for tour groups within the mall as required.
• Perform concierge duties across multiple locations, including the Premium Lounge, Main Concierge Counter, and Premium Desk, as part of a rotational schedule.

About You

• Strong knowledge of food handling and beverage service etiquette.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the standards of luxury hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
• Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
