Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English written and verbal.
• Friendly and strong knowledge about IHG brand and F&B outlets.
• Good communication skills for client interactions.
• Having own transportation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure with cordial, prompt service.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Perform receptionist duties at Club Reception, manage arrivals and departures, check bills, and prepare daily reports.
• Promote hotel facilities and in-house outlets.
