ME’NATE Steak Hub HQ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a VIP Concierge (PR cum CRM) to cultivate strong relationships with VIP, corporate, and frequent guests. You will understand their preferences, occasions and expectations, ensuring memorable experiences.

Represent the brand at events and appreciation activities, manage CRM data, and collaborate with outlet teams to deliver seamless VIP visits while identifying opportunities to deepen loyalty and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our VIP, corporate, and frequent guests personally – their preferences, occasions, and expectations.
• Represent Me’nate at events, VIP experiences, and appreciation activities.
• Make every guest feel recognised, whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth.
• Spot guests who’ve gone quiet and win them back.
• Run birthday, anniversary, and appreciation touchpoints that actually land.
• Partner with outlet teams to make VIP visits seamless.
• Keep guest profiles, preferences, and visit history accurate and current.
• Turn guest patterns into insights Sales and Marketing can act on.
• Track feedback and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Take the baton from Sales once a corporate account is signed.
• Stay close to key contacts, follow up after events, and keep the relationship warm.
• Flag qualified leads from guest relationships to the Corporate Sales team.
