Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking a Guest Services Crew member to coordinate VIP tour arrangements from pre-visit to post-visit, tailoring itineraries to guest preferences and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

You will work with F&B, Retail, Security, Park Experience and Attractions while managing the VIP Lounge, stock levels, and VIP experience promotions for events such as Team Building and Family Day.

Responsibilities

• Handling and coordinating the arrangement from pre-visit, during visit and post visit.
• Preparing and customizing the itinerary base on guest's preferences.
• Coordinating with other business unit on VIP Tour arrangements (F&B, Retail, Security, Park Experience and Attractions).
• Handling VIP Lounge to ensure it is clean and comfortable for guests.
• Ensuring Food & Beverages stocks are available and replenished when running low.
• Promoting and upselling VIP Experience Packages and events such as Team Building and Family Day.
• Assisting in events operations for events like Team Building, Family Day and Birthday Parties.
