Responsibilities

• Plan and execute editorial and product campaign photoshoots with marketing.
• Create engaging photo and video content for brand channels including TikTok and social media.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with a focus on TikTok content.
• Brainstorm concepts and storyboards; prepare materials and props for shoots.
• Handle full video production: shooting, footage management, editing and post-production.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging photo and video content for our brand across social media, website, advertising campaigns and other digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to plan and execute high-quality editorial and product campaign photoshoots.
• Create engaging photo and video content for all brand channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, website and digital advertisements.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, with a strong focus on TikTok content and profile development.
• Brainstorm creative concepts, campaign ideas and video content based on current trends and brand direction.
• Develop simple storyboards and content plans before each shoot.
• Prepare all necessary materials, equipment and props for video and photoshoot sessions.
• Manage props planning, styling arrangements and provide creative direction during photoshoots and video shoots.
• Handle the full video production process, including shooting, footage management, editing and post-production.
• Work closely with other departments to develop creative and engaging content for campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Review and organise all video footage to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok, Instagram and social media trends, especially trends relevant to the Malaysian market.
• Create creative video transitions, motion graphics and visual effects when required.
• Ensure all content produced is aligned with the company's branding, visual identity and marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Arts, Mass Communication or any related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or other relevant editing applications.
• Familiar with photography and videography equipment including DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, tripod, slider and other production equipment.
• Good understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong awareness of current Malaysian social media trends, content styles and audience preferences.
• Creative with a good eye for visual composition, storytelling and branding.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Skills in motion graphics, creative transitions and After Effects will be an added advantage.
