Job summary

Bigpluschem is seeking a creative Videographer & Editor to join our marketing team in Johor. You will shoot and edit short-form product videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and ecommerce, from concept to final delivery.

You should have at least 1 year of experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required and you will collaborate with Marketing to build compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media.
• Minimum 1 year content creation or videography experience.
• Strong hands-on shooting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and product presentation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end video production independently.
• Portfolio of product or commercial-ready social media content.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong portfolio is mandatory.

• Manage video projects from shoot preparation to final delivery.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams.
• Handle revisions and deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Support occasional outstation shoots when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, videography or a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on skills in both video shooting and editing.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, camera angles and product presentation.
• Able to independently manage video production from shooting to final delivery.
• Experience creating product or commercial‑ready content for social media, e-commerce or advertising.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with the Marketing team.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong and proven portfolio is mandatory.
