Pineapple Pixels Media Sdn Bhd in Puchong is seeking a talented videographer and editor to plan, shoot and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, and other social campaigns. You will handle end-to-end production—concept development, lighting, audio, editing, subtitles, and final delivery—working closely with the content, marketing, livestream, and creative teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Design preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in videography and video editing is an advantage.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, and other social platforms.
Handle end-to-end video production including concept development, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, subtitles, transitions, and final delivery.
Collaborate with content, marketing, livestream, and creative teams to produce engaging content for brands and campaigns.
Sshoot product videos, lifestyle content, promotional videos, event coverage, behind‑the‑scenes content, and social commerce content.

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, and other social media platforms.

Handle end-to-end video production including concept development, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, subtitles, transitions, and final delivery.

Work closely with the content, marketing, livestream, and creative teams to produce engaging content for different brands and campaigns.

Create strong hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, captions, sound effects, and transitions to improve video engagement.

Assist during brand campaigns, livestream productions, events, and on-location shoots when required.

Manage video files, raw footage, project folders, and creative assets in an organised manner.

Ensure all video projects are completed according to the required timeline and content calendar.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new video concepts.

Keep up with the latest trends in TikTok, social media content, video editing, AI tools, and e-commerce content.

Make revisions based on internal team or client feedback and ensure final content meets campaign objectives.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in videography and video editing is an advantage.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, audio, and video production.
Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form video trends, social media content, and digital storytelling.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to turn simple ideas into engaging videos.
Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency and e-commerce environment.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willing to participate in outdoor shoots, events, client shoots, and production days when required.
Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
Having your own portfolio or sample videos will be an advantage.
