Job summary

Clarivo Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Content Creator to own the end-to-end process of short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, focusing on fashion and apparel. You will script, storyboard, shoot, and edit using CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere, staying on trend and optimizing for engagement while collaborating with Livestream Hosts for promo content.

Based in Ipoh or willing to commute, the role offers a creative studio, modern gear, and opportunities to grow in social media

Qualifications

Job description

As a Content Creator, you will own the creative process from ideation to final edit, focusing heavily on high-engagement platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Concept & Ideation: Brainstorm, script, and storyboard engaging, trendy short-form video concepts tailored to fashion and apparel niches.

Production & Shooting: Direct, shoot, and capture high-quality aesthetic video and content using smartphones or professional camera setups in-studio and on-location.

Video Editing: Edit raw footage efficiently using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.), incorporating trendy audio, text overlays, transitions, and pacing that stops the scroll.

Trend Hooking: Constantly monitor TikTok/Reels trends, viral audio, and algorithm changes, rapidly adapting them to fit our apparel brands.

Collaboration: Partner closely with our Livestream Hosts to capture behind-the-scenes content, teasers, and promotional material for upcoming live sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

We want someone who lives and breathes social media culture and understands what makes a video go viral:

Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, formats, and audience behaviors.

Technical Skills: Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere) and an eye for good lighting, framing, and smartphone cinematography.

Fashion & Aesthetics: A keen eye for visual aesthetics, color coordination, and current fashion/lifestyle trends.

Self-Driven: Ability to work independently from conceptualization to the final render, managing multiple content deadlines.

Portfolio: A proven portfolio or active personal social media presence showing short-form video production capability is required.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to our studio in Taman Ipoh Jaya Timur 1, Ipoh.
