Job summary

Dashoil is seeking a talented video editor/content creator in Malaysia to join our growing team. You will edit sales videos using CapCut, create engaging content, and collaborate with diverse teams. Travel to events may be required, and you should be comfortable appearing on camera and delivering ideas.

You will work on multiple videos monthly, adapt to different styles, and help generate campaign concepts while supporting basic office tasks and proposals.

• Proficient in video editing and content creation.
• Able to craft engaging stories for social media and campaigns.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering messages clearly.

Responsibilities

• Edit sales videos up to 25 per month with CapCut.
• Travel/outstation to support company events or shoots.
• Familiar with AI tools for video editing or content creation.
• Adapt to different content styles and campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of videos (monthly schedule).
• Assist with simple proposals and campaign ideas.

JOB SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS

1. Willing to travel/outstation and support company events or shootings.

2. Able to edit at least 25 videos per month using CapCut (minimum requirement).

3. Familiar with AI tools for video editing, content creation, or productivity.

4. Creative, flexible, and able to adapt to different content styles.

5. Ensure sales videos are delivered on time:

* 4 videos before the 3rd of every month

* 4 videos before the 25th of every month

6. Comfortable appearing on camera and not camera shy.

7. Able to handle simple office tasks such as preparing proposals and providing campaign ideas.

BONUS SKILLS

* Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content trends

* Basic shooting and lighting setup knowledge

* Good sense of storytelling and marketing angles
