You’ll oversee beverage operations, menu planning, cost control, and payroll while maintaining SOPs and safety standards. Multilingual capability is valued to engage diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel bar and restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and staff development.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost control.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and manage payroll to optimize labor costs.
• Maintain records of sales, complaints, and equipment.
• Oversee beverage operations and menu management.
• Plan F&B menus and control costs.
• Lead daily briefings and staff meetings.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach bar staff.
• Monitor safety, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with suppliers and industry partners.
