Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead our banquet and conference services, ensuring seamless events and outstanding guest experiences. You will manage daily operations, mentor your team, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of international hotel experience, strong leadership and time-management skills, and a collaborative, guest-focused attitude.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in an international chain hotel.
• Ability to plan, delegate, lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise Banquet & Conference Rooms daily.
• Act as daily contact for Banquet & Conference teams.
• Perform opening or closing duties as needed.
• Schedule, assign, train colleagues in banquet operations.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Maintain product quality and service levels; drive improvements.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Communicate tasks and delegate to team.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Address guest queries promptly and courteously.
• Support other departments and maintain good relations.
• Be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
