Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, tourism, or events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive pitches.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and CRMs; proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, proven sales track record valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site inspections, and market research.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and travel agencies to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed room-night and revenue goals set by management.
• Draft tailored proposals, negotiate contract terms within established guidelines, and finalize bookings.
• Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless execution of group arrivals and events.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and local events to identify new sales angles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, sales activities, and pipeline tracking in the hotel's CRM.
