Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Operation Specialist to support end-to-end order management, vendor coordination, logistics, and reporting. You will ensure accurate PO processing, shipment coordination, item master maintenance, and contract administration.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Vendors to drive on-time fulfilment and operational excellence; contribute to process improvements while adhering to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders accurately and within SLA
• Coordinate order fulfilment, shipments, customs clearance, and delivery activities
• Maintain item masters and vendor contracts in the ERP system
• Prepare and submit vendor reports and reconciliation activities
• Support vendor audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, and resolve operational issues proactively
• Manage tender support, special bid administration, and vendor program updates
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, approval controls, and compliance requirements
• Prepare operational reports and support process improvement initiatives
