Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Operation Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, vendor coordination, logistics activities, and operational reporting. You will ensure accurate PO processing, shipment coordination, and compliance with vendor requirements while collaborating with Product Managers, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Vendors, and Logistics partners.

• Coordinate order fulfilment, shipments, customs clearance, and delivery activities.
• Maintain item masters and vendor contracts in the ERP system.
• Prepare and submit vendor reports and reconciliation activities.
• Support vendor audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Manage tender support, special bid administration, and vendor program updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, approval controls, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operation Specialist to support end-to-end order management, vendor coordination, logistics operations, and operational reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate purchase order processing, shipment coordination, vendor reporting, item master maintenance, vendor contract administration, and compliance with company policies and vendor requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Vendors, and Logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and operational excellence.
