Job summary

L'Oréal Malaysia, part of the global beauty group, seeks a Vendor Master Data Analyst to own supplier master data creation and enrichment, ensuring data accuracy across systems and supporting procurement and finance processes. You will work with SAP and MS Office, participate in data quality improvements, and mentor juniors as needed.

The role offers exposure to regional markets and the chance to impact master data governance in a global company.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in MDM.
Vendor Master Data Management and finance experience.
SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.
Detail oriented with high level of rigor and action orientation.
Very good written and spoken communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

Create and update Supplier master data codes per requirements and standards.
Ensure completeness and quality of master data and drive process improvements.
Report to the Vendor Master Data Manager.
For senior profile: mentor juniors and manage MD projects.
Process data Supplier requests for code creation/edit/enrichment/update/closure; ensure publication to all systems.
Ensure timely resolution of complex requests for senior profile.
Perform data quality checks and alert on degradation; report delays to local business teams.
Engage in data correction projects and support Project Lead initiatives.
