Job summary

L’Oréal Malaysia is seeking a Customer Master Data Analyst to manage customer master data creation, updates, and enrichment in compliance with guidelines. You will ensure data quality and support process improvements while reporting to the Customer Master Data Manager.

Senior profiles may mentor juniors and lead MD projects, and you’ll assist in data creation or updates for arbitration cases while coordinating workload with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail oriented with a high level of rigor and action orientation.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and enrich customer master data per requirements and standards.
• Ensure completeness and quality of master data; contribute to process improvements.
• Report to the Customer Master Data Manager.
• For senior profile: mentor junior profiles and manage MD projects.
• Support data creation or updates for arbitration cases; manage workload.
