Job summary

L'Oréal in Malaysia is seeking a Product Master Data Analyst to join our BEST in KL center. You will create and enrich product master data, ensure data completeness and quality, and report to the Product Master Data Manager.

For seniors, you may mentor junior profiles and lead MD projects. Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, detail orientation, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years experience in MDM.
• Previous experience in Product Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Detail oriented, high level of rigor, action oriented.
• Very good written / oral communication skills.
• Teamwork / Adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create and update/enrich product master data according to requirements and standards.
• Ensure completeness and quality of master data and drive process improvements.
• Report to the Product Master Data Manager.
• Senior profile: mentor junior profiles and manage MD projects.
