Job summary

L'Oréal Malaysia is seeking a Product Master Data Analyst to manage and enrich product master data across systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines and standards. You will process product data creation and updates, and publish changes to all relevant platforms, collaborating with the Product Master Data Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in MDM, experience in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite, and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of experience in MDM.
• Experience in Product Master Data Management.
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Detail oriented with high level of rigor and action orientation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of creation and update/enrichment of product master data according to guidelines and standards.
• Ensure the completeness and quality of the master data and participate in process improvement.
• Report to the Product Master Data Manager.
• For Senior profile: mentor juniors and manage MD projects.
• Process data product requests for code creation/edition/enrichment/update/closure.
• Ensure publication of master data updates to all systems.
• Resolve complex requests in a timely manner.
• Execute data quality controls and flag data quality issues.
