Job summary

Sanggul Emas Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations & Regulatory Submissions Specialist to manage vendor licensing and regulatory submissions across PETRONAS, Sabah, and Sarawak. You will ensure timely, zero-defect documentation for portal uploads and streamline administrative workflows for faster decision-making on OEM and MTR matters.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of vendor-licensing experience with PETRONAS portals, and can navigate Sabah and Sarawak regulatory differences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years handling vendor licensing via PETRONAS PLMS/VIMS, PETROS, or Sabah state vendor portals.
• Understand Sabah vs Sarawak regulatory differences (SMJ Energy/local councils).
• Proactive in pushing portal updates and elevating technical judgments to directors.
• Catch formatting errors or missing papers before submission.
• Clear and persistent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end applications, account maintenance, and code submissions across PETRONAS PLMS / GEP SMART, PETROS Vendor Portal (Sarawak), and SMJ Energy (Sabah).
• Ensure Borang 1 Trade Licenses (Cap. 33), local content, and state equity details match regional standards.
• Maintain zero-defect files for SSM extracts, bank statements, and audited reports (high-resolution color scans & CTC standard).
• Stay in constant touch with officers at PETRONAS, PETROS, SMJ Energy, and local councils to clear approval bottlenecks quickly.
• Draft follow-up correspondence, track expiring authorizations, organize resumes/track records into MTR packages, and flag discrepancies for director review.
• Keep a real-time compliance tracker updated with license validity dates, SWEC code approvals, and upcoming deadlines.
