Job summary

SS Greener Earth Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations & Business Development Executive to oversee licensing, regulatory coordination and general operations support. • Report significant delays, compliance concerns or operational issues to Management promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor licenses, permits, registrations, approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and follow up on the renewal of company licenses and permits with relevant authorities, including local authorities, government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with authorities such as MPKJ, MPK, MIDA, MITI, PDRM, SIRIM and other government agencies on licensing, applications, inspections, approvals and compliance matters.
• Prepare, compile and submit necessary documents and applications for new licenses, license renewals, amendments and related regulatory matters.
• Maintain an updated license and permit master list, including expiry dates, renewal deadlines, application status, fees and required supporting documents.
• Support and execute business development activities for the company's new factory/project expansion.
• Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, customers, suppliers and relevant industry contacts.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, tracking and follow-up to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare, review and maintain project, licensing, regulatory and business development documentation.
• Manage assigned operational, licensing, business development and project-related tasks independently with minimal supervision.
