Job summary

CHARDIKALA LOGISTICS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organized administrator to manage diverse regulatory and operational processes. You will handle e-Perolehan submissions, license renewals, tender coordination, e-SIMS administration, and compliance tracking.

Additionally, you will prepare contracts, maintain regulatory records, arrange trainings, support customer service, manage government registrations, insurance claims, and assist marketing initiatives including social media and client

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in administration, operations, tender management or similar roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-Perolehan processes and government submissions.
• Oversee registration and renewal of company licenses (e.g., KDN, PIKM, PBT) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage tenders for private and government sectors, including KPM tenders.
• Administer e-SIMS processes and conduct KDN vetting for new staff.
• Prepare, monitor, and renew tenancy agreements, service proposals, quotations, orders, and contracts.
• Maintain records of clients' SOPs, rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and arrange training programs including CSG and TNG initiatives.
• Handle customer service and conduct research and telemarketing to engage potential clients.
• Manage government registrations and onboarding of new clients.
• Coordinate insurance claims and oversee annual policy renewals with agents.
