Job summary

My US Pizza Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a field service technician to travel between vending machine locations across Penang (Mainland and Island), refill stock, and ensure machines operate smoothly.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, replace parts when needed (training provided), keep maintenance and stock records up to date, keep machines clean and presentable, and assist customers with inquiries and refunds, reporting issues to management.

• Travel between vending machine locations across Penang (Mainland & Island).
• Refill and restock materials such as phone cases, screen protectors, and accessories.
• Check and maintain machines to ensure they run smoothly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and replace parts when needed (training provided).
• Ensure machines are always clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
