Job summary

San Francisco Coffee is seeking a skilled Technician to install, maintain and repair equipment across coffee machines, chillers, and electrical systems. The role requires hands-on technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certificate in a technical field and has 1–2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in reading manuals and troubleshooting. Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or on-call is preferred.

Job description

The Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role requires hands-on technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Fix and maintain the below-mentioned machines and equipment accordingly.

Perform maintenance of electrical systems by replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuits, and others.

Ensure determine the fault in above mentioned breakdown, to repair and service them accordingly.

Troubleshoot and keep running the machines smoothly.

Responsibility for any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Coffee machine

Coffee grinder and COD grinder

Coffee brewer

Fridge

Aircond

Electrical:

Power supply electrical trip

Power socket and lighting

Cake chiller

Water Supply:

Drainage system

Sink and grease trap

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant technician experience (preferred)

Good knowledge of technical tools, equipment, and troubleshooting methods

Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, or instructions

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or on-call when required

Fit and able to perform hands-on technical tasks
