Job summary

Wahdah Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Assistant to plan and manage vehicle availability, ensure vehicle readiness, perform inspections, and maintain accurate movement records.

The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to walk-in customers and coordinating with HQ on issues found during inspections. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and flexible to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and operational software.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if necessary.
• Possess a valid full Class D driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage vehicle availability under supervision to meet all booking requests on time.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of booked vehicles, maintaining high preparation standards for customers.
• Handle vehicle movement, including thorough inspections on delivery/return; report issues to HQ.
• Maintain daily vehicle movement listings for easy monitoring and tracking.
• Ensure vehicles are in good condition, prepped, fueled, maintained, and road tax valid.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling walk-in customers and partners professionally.
• Ensure office premises and surroundings are clean and well maintained.
• Responsible for managing the lighting system and energy efficiency.
• Complete tasks with proper documentation using job tickets, DRIVE apps, and supporting documents.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
