RODA LAND SDN. BHD. invites applications for a Warehouse Operation Assistant (Inventory & Quality Control) to support daily warehouse activities, stock control, and quality inspections across our operations.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movement, and assisting in delivery planning to ensure timely dispatch and product quality, with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or QC experience.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management.
• Willing to travel between office and warehouse when required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Manage stock movement, stock arrangement, and inventory records.
• Support delivery planning and coordinate timely stock dispatch.
• Perform stock checks and assist in stock take activities.
• Handle warehouse documentation and maintain operational records.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve stock and operational issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure product quality and accuracy

Manage stock movement, stock arrangement, and inventory records

Support delivery planning and coordinate timely stock dispatch

Perform stock checks and assist in stock take activities

Handle warehouse documentation and maintain operational records
